In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
