Très bon séjour dans le logement d’Ismael, les hôtes sont très réactifs, le logement était propre et tous les équipements de première nécessité sont disponibles ce qui est très plaisant. Le quartier est calme avec boulangerie, resto et supermarché juste à côté. Top je recommande !

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est facile d'accès, pas très loin de la gare et très agréable. Le quartier est très calme. Nous renouvelerons notre expérience sans hésiter.

J'ai à nouveau passé un très bon séjour dans le studio de Ghizlane. Il est calme, bien équipé, propre et pratique pour rejoindre La Défense. Merci à Ghizlane qui est de plus une hôte particulièrement réactive !

Alles war absolut super bei Christelle. Die Kommunikation lief tadellos und die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert. Gut erreichbar und schön ruhig gelegen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke

Merci a Hanifa pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité elle a été super arrangeante avec moi car je suis arrivé tard mais elle a tout fait pour m'accueillir malgré l'heure tardive Je suis passer par le compte de mon neveu pour faire la réservation et elle fut super compréhensible Le logement une pepite triste d'être partie mais comme j'ai dis j'y reviendrai c'était vraiment trop top dans un eco quartier avec toutes les commodités a proximité un carrefour en bas de l'immeuble et surtout pas mal de restau Merci pour tout je recommande les yeux fermés

The apartment block is lovely, well maintained, clean and secure. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The office space and underground parking were a bonus for me. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen too - home from home!! Kevin was very kind and responded very well to my messages. I really enjoyed my stay.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

The building is 10-15 minutes walk to Metro and Train stations. Bus stop by the door. I rented a car but I did not used it much. Cheaper to take the metro or train than paying parking in Paris. Street Parking is expensive in Paris. Bruno was very helpful tried to solve problems as much as he can. The condo in the 10 floor with and only one elevator, It was my bad luck tha the elevator was not working in last 3 days of my stay and this was hard, he make his efforts and called the condo building over 10 times for this issue.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

L’intérieur de l’appartement est parfait. Le lit est grand et très confortable. C’est propre et nous avons à notre disposition tout ce qui est nécessaire. L’accueil de Nicolas a été extraordinaire. Notre sommes arrivées vers 13h alors que l’appartement était disponible à 16h. Nicolas nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans son restaurant et a gardé nos valises. Nous sommes donc allées faire une promenade et à notre retour, nos deux valises de plus de 20kg étaient dans l’appartement. Il y a 3 étages très étroites alors un énorme merci à Nicolas qui nous m’a probablement évité un mal de dos 😊 Il est important d’aller profiter d’un succulent repas de pâtes et pizza au restaurant de Nicolas. C’est délicieux! Merci pour ce magnifique séjour!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
