Top modern equipped house, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large pool, lots of privacy, huge living area, close location, many beautiful swimming spots, uncomplicated landlord contact.

We had a relaxing week with 6 people and two dogs, although the weather was unfortunately not so great at times. Each room has its own bathroom, the beautiful olive garden with pool was completely enclosed with a fence/wall and the location of the house was perfect for excursions or driving to the sea in a few minutes. A well-stocked supermarket is also within walking distance. House/kitchen is well equipped and the freezer is large enough for BARFers ;-). Matea and her mom are super nice and quickly accessible if you need anything. We and the dogs felt very comfortable, thank you!

Amazing villa with a private pool, sauna and a whirlpool. Modern and very well equipped, looks exactly like on pictures, even though one might think it's just visualizations. Iva was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

What a fantastic find! Andrea toured us in our Airbnb, and he also walked us around his estate that includes: a 500 year old church, a vinyard, a wine cellar. If you want peace and quiet after an all day excursion, this is the place. I even used the washing machine and hung up my clothes to dry. It felt like home in Italy.

We stayed with six adults and one toddler and had a really great vacation. The amenities are upscale and there was everything you need for a successful vacation, especially in the kitchen. Plus, everything was very clean and nicely decorated. For us, the three double rooms with attached bathroom were also a big plus. We really loved the outdoor area to sit and the beautiful pool. In addition, everything was perfectly and lovingly prepared for our toddler (cot & chair, own towels,...). We felt completely comfortable. In the surrounding area some restaurants are within walking distance, but a car or bicycles (two of them are in the accommodation) are absolutely necessary to get to the beach, etc. We got great tips at check-in and the very nice hosts were always available and responsive.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and the garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to swim here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear party guests from other houses. This location is still absolutely recommended!

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week in a lovely villa. Swimming pool, very green and very peaceful. Each room with double bed and bathroom with shower, we definitely recommend it to acquaintances and friends. Very close to the sea, shops and just 15 minutes from a beautiful Novigrad.

Top place to stay - we felt at home from the first moment and would come back any time. The hosts thought of everything in the amenities, there was even salt/pepper, oils and vinegar as well as a really generous coffee supply. But even with dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing. There were also plenty of towels, sunscreen and gel spray several times. The location is really fantastic - a small supermarket (including cafe) is within walking distance and has a well-stocked assortment & always fresh bread. Even larger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes by car. During our holiday week, it had over 30 degrees throughout and the existing air conditioning cooled more than enough if needed.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Amazing views incredible place to stay so relaxing best

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!
