Holiday rentals with a patio in Big Spring

loved the stay. host was very responsive even last min. needing another night!!! thank you so much I'll be staying again 10/10 recommend.

Very aesthetically pleasing, wish there was a little bit of a bigger couch or sitting area in the living room. It was super clean and great extras such as extra towels, good cooking utensils, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. Pretty responsive we ended up locking ourselves out and the host got us back in quickly and was very understanding.

I want to point out how responsive, understanding and fast acting Uche was. On a Sunday the A/C blower fan went out in the apartment. Mr. Uche had respond within 30 minutes of my message and was at my location. He then made calls all afternoon on a weekend and kept me in the loop about what was going on. Even though he could not get anyone to come out on a Sunday, to which I understand and again was very impressed he took time out of his Sunday to come and see what he could do to assist my issue, he kept me informed and had the issue resolved the very next morning. This fix took less than 24 hours to resolve. All the while Mr. Uche was kind, friendly, understanding and attentive to my issue. I would highly recommend any location that falls under his listing to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet place to stay. Thank you for all of the help.

Great apartment, brilliant facilities and convenient location. Really loved the pool and and outside grill, and just a short drive to shops, downtown and a drive through cocktail bar! If we're lucky enough to be visiting Midland again, we would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this complex four times and we are placing this condo at the top of our list for future visits. Clean, parking was close and covered, short walk to the front door.

Thank you Freddy! We were stopping in town on a road trip and needed a place to crash! This was a great option for our dogs to stretch their legs and the bed was insanely comfortable. Appreciate everything! Would recommend.

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

James was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. Adrianna has taken all the extra steps necessary to make your stay comfortable. It’s the little details that made us realize this BNB was a step above most from the coffee and cream , phone chargers & extra tooth brushes etc. The home and linens were pristine clean , comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen, gas grill & hot tub all ready to go. I should also say that we had zero issues with neighbors dogs , as mentioned by another reviewer, that was not an issue for us. We were definitely pleased with our stay.

Beautiful clean home, very comfortable. Host communicated very well with us. House is close to several food locations.

Full Disclosure: The original home that I had booked on the west side of town was not clean and had some issues. I made Stacey aware with pictures and a description. She was quick to remedy the situation by putting me in this home, ASAP. Very impressed with the communication here and her timely response. This house is hands down the best I've stayed in in a while. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks. It's quiet and private. I especially appreciated the patio, garage, king sized bed and overall space. I couldn't afford what they typically charge for this home by myself. But, if sharing, this home is well worth the cost over some of the others in the Odessa area. This is what I expect in terms of my comfort level, amenities, cleanliness, and how an Airbnb should be run. Definitely stay here if you can. They take pride in this space.

Jamie’s place was wonderful! It was clean and modern! Stores and restaurants walking distance away! Snacks and double-ply!!! She cares about her guests! Definitely recommend!

Perfect for our stay while visiting in Midland.

I expected home away from home to be a nice, cozy place to stay according to the pictures. This beautiful little condo completely exceeded my expectations!! Not only is it cozy, every single piece of furniture was comfortable to sit on. The back patio was amazing. The hosts left us enough food to feed birds for our entire stay. I could sit out on that patio all day long and watch the birds play and listen to them tweet! The feel and vibe when you are inside the condo or on the patio is a country like feeling - so peaceful, almost like a cottage in the woods....but as soon as you walk outside, there’s a Taco Bell and KFC right across the road, and so many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The mall is right up the road. Such an amazing location! I was so comfortable that I felt like I was at home. Without a doubt, 5/5 stars! I definitely recommend staying here, and I sure hope to stay here again the next time I’m in Midland.

Place was very clean, coffee, water & snacks were very appreciated. Struggled a bit getting in the front door but Carrie was quick to respond & help us out

The condo was quiet, clean, and very homey. We enjoyed staying here and we will definitely try out other properties as well. The people in the neighborhood were also very friendly.

A group of us came for a work trip and we enjoyed our stay at Colton’s place. He was very helpful and communicative throughout. The place was clean and comfortable. If we come out to midland in the future we would definitely stay again!

Great place and location. Also accommodating. I requested an additional bed and I think they purchased an inflatable one, very comfortable.
