The apartment of over 100 square meters is located in a very quiet and convenient residential area within walking distance of all services such as supermarket, bakery, bars, pizzerias and restaurants.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
