Everything was as described. The apartment is amazing and Ruggero was really flexible also in terms of check-in time. The only downside of the apartment is the shower - I wasn't really happy with it (ground floor's bathroom), but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I've also faced some small issues in getting into the apartment as it has two locks. The main one was above the door handle, which was the first time I experienced that, so it took me a while to realize why the key below wasn't turning (ironically the same key fits in both holes). Everything else was perfect. The host is very friendly and always ready to answer any questions.

Some colleagues and I were guests of Matteo for a few days during our master's degree, and we had a great time. The apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. Matteo proved to be an extremely present and helpful host: he always responded to messages very quickly, and was very responsive on every occasion. The location was convenient for us, even if not central, because we needed to reach the university: in this sense it worked perfectly. Overall a pleasant and smooth stay. Thanks again Matteo!

Pietro is a professional and very friendly host, always available and responsive in chat for various needs. I stayed for all 23 nights in the room and I can say that I had a great experience. The room has an air conditioner and private bathroom with a comfortable bed; there is a very comfortable washer and dryer that all guests of the various rooms and apartment in the building use. I definitely recommend this place because of the proximity to the center and the value for money.
