Located on the second floor of a house reserved for 2 guest rooms, it includes a double bed, a kettle with courtesy tray, Wi-Fi access. Bathroom, toilet, reading area and balcony shared between the two bedrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. Free parking on site.

the room I offer is on the second floor of my main house, under the attic (old converted attic) , with a double bed and a single bed, and you can have the bathroom with toilet and shower (not shared by the rest of the house) on the second floor too. We are located a few meters from Les Godelins Beach and GR34. Our guesthouse is a stone Legris villa. The city center of Etables-sur-mer and the market are a 5-minute walk away. The Godelins neighborhood is a "Belle Epoque" villas built by Oscar and Victoria Legris in the early 1900s. Our house is one of these authentic seaside villas.
