Monthly Rentals in Birch Vale

An absolute gem….perfect for our two night stay - in a gorgeous village, walking distance to a wonderful pub, an easy drive to numerous other places of interest, and stunning walking right from the door. The place was exactly as it promised to be - beautifully decorated, immaculate, private, and had everything you need for a short stay. We did not meet the hosts, but not through any fault of theirs - we were just out & about a lot! Definitely recommend, and will visit again if we are in the area.

We've just spent a lovely week at this property in Hayfield. It was a great accommodation and perfectly matched our needs for our first ever visit to the Peak District. The local area and walks are stunning and varied in nature, everything from flat (dismantled railways) to the challenge of Kinder Scout. We spent hours walking and exploring but it was always a pleasure to return home at the end of a long day for a hot shower and comfortable surroundings. The excellent communication and simple check in/out made for a stress free stay. The house is well equipped and there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen but we didn't actually use them very much as eating out in the village pubs and restaurants was our preference after a long day in the hills. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future.

Adele is a great host. She gave clear instructions and information about her home so we had no difficulties at all. She was very thoughtful and provided lots of extras (electric blanket, radiators, coffee, etc). Her home is spotless, the kitchen very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the linen crisp and clean, the bathroom and shower very clean and easy to use. Her responses prompt and friendly. We have no complaints at all and would definitely return.
