Ancient cottage in village close to Spreewald

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area to sit and relax, but you can also spread out in the tree house. The courtyard sauna can also be used for a small fee. Also, of course, all the play equipment, such as a trampoline, zip line, table tennis table, foosball, ...

Unique in Lübbenau, the beautiful Spreewald city, is a place where you can unwind, as well as practice human and digital detoxing. Idyllic and quiet location, our Eichhörnchen vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on 90 m². The modern, full-fledged furnishings of the kitchen, spacious bathroom and living rooms allow 2-4 guests to relax at a high level. Guests with health restrictions are particularly welcome, the house is barrier-free and can also be used with a wheelchair or walker. The house has a terrace with garden, where there is also a barbecue corner.

The small cottage is located on a quiet courtyard in the old town of Lübbenau, surrounded by historical buildings that are over 200 years old. Cafes, restaurants, paddle boat rentals, bike rentals, boat ferries and shopping are just a few minutes walk away. The Spreewald is a unique landscape and invites you to enjoy and unwind, but Lübbenau is also ideal for sporting activities and culture. A tourist tax will be charged.

Our cozy country house in the Spreewald can accommodate up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large garden area with pond invites you to relax. The port of Lübbenau is only 11 km away and the port of Lübben can also be reached in 13 km. For water lovers, Lake Stoßdorf can be explored in just 12 minutes by bike. Lake Hindenburg and an Italian restaurant are also just 2 km away and are only 20 minutes' walk.

The house was built in 1986, as my family's previous house fell victim to lignite mining. This house was built just a few meters away. There are two separate apartments in the house, one of which is inhabited by my grandmother. My mother lives on the neighboring property, who can also give many good tips as a local contact person for great excursions or simply questions about the accommodation.
