This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Independent house in the heart of the orchards. All comforts, large property totally isolated but close to all the amenities of the beautiful village of Aubel. Four bedrooms for 2 people, equipped with TV as well as a games room/office with TV as well. Large lot with 2 terraces, garden furniture, large parking lot and Corten steel barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in the quiet and with the birdsong. Late check-out on Sunday until 6 p.m.

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument restoration. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as using natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak floorboards, clay plaster, lime paints and a solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.
