We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. One of our best Airbnb experiences! Thank you Allesio.

We stayed in the house for just over two weeks and had a fantastic stay The house is well thought out and has everything you want The surroundings are magical and the view is striking The pool is large, new and cleaned several times a week Valerio & Susan were great hosts and arranged even new children's accessories to make our stay even better (we traveled with children 1 year & 5 years) Restaurant tips and tips on excursions nearby were very good, made our entire stay special We would be glad to come back

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. We have only been back for a few hours after a week spent in this wooden accommodation and we already miss it. So much greenery, tranquility and simplicity. Super host, always available and present but never intrusive. Very prepared for advice on the place and above all a pleasant person to listen to. His dogs are very sweet and very polite, they collaborated a lot with our two pesky Pinschers. We did not miss anything, everything was perfect and certainly repeatable. Thank you Steve for everything
