It is a loft with an open kitchen and is very bright, 35 square meters and fully equipped. Balcony where the sun shines in the afternoon, with a table and two chairs to enjoy breakfast or the evening breeze. ATTENTION: It is on the third floor without an elevator, but the stairs are wide and comfortable. Experience the Costa Brava and enjoy Blanes right in the center!

Air conditioning and heating 45 min. from Barcelona and 30 from Girona airport. Gardens and playground next to the estate.

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
