The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. 5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

The apartment is located in an enchanting place! The scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped, we cooked good food. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool is very convenient for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Deb, the neighbor who welcomed us and guided us throughout our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a vineyard: Ciarliana, where Sara gave us a tasting that exceeded our expectations. We are totally in love with Tuscany!

Great stay. Apartment interior was cool and grounds and pool were beautiful.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Good location. Excellent view from the terrace. Authentic Tuscan experience. The water in the pool was salty, that was a pleasant surprise.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Amazing location and beautiful location

It was a wonderful stay with Katya and Bengt. The two are super warm and you feel at home with them. It was nice to talk to them and exchange ideas. The accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped. It was also very clean. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery, nestled between olive trees and a beautiful garden! Somewhat off the beaten path, but we personally liked it very much. You really have time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can reach Siena in about 30 minutes by car and other cities are also within easy reach in about 1 hour by car. We will definitely come back again and thank Katya and Bengt for the wonderful time we spent with them :-)

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
