Francesca is so lovely and friendly and her husband. They have good response if you text them and the house is beautiful and clean. I really recommend it to sleep there and wake up with the birds and the view! Thank u for our stay! We are coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

The house is beautifully and quietly located above the coastal town of Chiavari. There are beautiful beaches and you can easily reach the most beautiful places along the coast by car or train. The house itself is located in a quiet environment with a terrace and a beautiful garden. It was very clean, large and with plenty of storage space. The furnishings were above average and correspond to the description. There was really nothing missing. The beds were also very comfortable. We had a very nice vacation and would book the house again.
