Our beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea village of Werdum. It is located on a lightly traveled road. From here you have an unobstructed view into the distance. It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Do you want to spend your vacation in nature by the lake, enjoy your freedom and still be able to drive quickly to the open sea? Sounds like Scandinavia, but it is not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony.  Enjoy your privacy on the total of 2,500 square meters of land, which is enclosed as a peninsula from a private lake of about 1.3 hectares to two sides (own lake share is about 6,000 square meters) and that you do not have to share with anyone. Just pure freedom!

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

If you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and wonderful views of meadows and fields, then you will not miss out here. The modern furnished apartment has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The garden house sauna and bicycles can be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km) offers a lot of culture including a castle and theater and is just as popular for its shopping.

The vacation home is on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is spacious, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.
