Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

I booked this accommodation super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. Both the children and the adults had fun and relaxation. the accommodation was clean and the hosts were super nice - we felt very welcome and at home! Thank you for the lovely birthday weekend with you!

Super nice accommodation!! Highly recommended! Everything nicely furnished and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly on a regular basis - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything we needed was there. A crib and high chair for our son were also available. Communication with the landlords was straightforward. We recommend the place.

The stay with Ingrid and Jürgen was all around successful :) The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is furnished with great attention to detail, which immediately conveys a feeling of home. Communication was also always warm and helpful. We were 2 families with 4 children and had a wonderful time. The property has plenty of space. The quiet location is great for relaxing and the children love the well-kept play barn. Everything is in great condition and very well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the cottage very much. From the amenities to the communication with the owner, everything was excellent. The location is really nice. It is about 300 m to the sea. On this route, you will pass restaurants, bakeries and ice cream parlors. So you have everything you need. The house is very nicely decorated and has a great size. We thought it was great that there are 2 shower rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is thought of for families. There is a huge selection of games, books and shovels. A special highlight is the beach chair, which belongs to the house. The owner sends a lot of helpful information in advance. The contact was always super nice and uncomplicated. I can really recommend it! I'm sure we'll be back.

We (large family with 8 adults and 8 children) had a nice, relaxing time in the spacious holiday home over Pentecost. The house was very clean and generously equipped. Very quiet location; excursion destinations within walking, cycling and driving distance. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, we did not meet Günther, but we did meet his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the refrigerator, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candy, chocolate, and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Tief. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house and very high quality furnishings. From there, all the surrounding places were super easy to reach. Even in bad weather, it's great, because you feel at home in the house. We were thrilled and would love to come back 😊☀️

The accommodation fully met our expectations. We felt very comfortable there. We also liked the covered terrace, and the fact that you could safely store your eBikes there. What we also liked very much was that when there was a problem with the hot water, we immediately got help and 2 hours later a craftsman was on site (Saturday evening). We will certainly book the accommodation again.

It was as described and we all felt very comfortable. The lockable bicycle shed was also a great advantage for our bikes. The only criticisms are the options available on site to dispose of paper and plastic waste. In addition, having to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. is worth considering the check-in time from 4 p.m. onwards. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to remove the dishwasher due to the program duration.

The place was very clean and we lacked nothing. We also loved the layout of the apartment. The game collection and high chair were a great addition and made everyday life easier for us. The apartment offers enough space for a family of 4. The location is also very good. We will be happy to come back.

The house on the lake offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The sauna is a very pleasant size and, thanks to the outdoor shower, is perfect for relaxing wellness moments. The location is ideal, and there is also a barefoot path in the immediate vicinity.

Ideal for a larger family with several generations. We felt very comfortable. Very nice large kitchen with lots of dishes. We gladly took the opportunity to eat in the garden. Quiet location.

A truly beautiful remise, where you can feel at home! Terrace with a view of the countryside, including a diverse bird world! We especially liked the "village" life, without any tourism. Great area, which is great to explore by bike. It is also not far to the dike and the Weser! From the property, you can watch the large pots on the Weser! If you need peace and quiet and really want to switch off, you are in the best of hands here. Conclusion: We will be back!!! Many thanks!

Not least because of the mega great weather, we had a wonderful vacation in Sandra's beautiful vacation home. Great location with short path to the sea, we didn't miss anything. Even when the fuse flew out on the holiday, there was the necessary help within a few minutes. On the positive side, we noticed that there were many helpful details that you quickly forget at home on vacation. There were plenty of garbage bags, spices, oil, games and toys. Only in the garden area we were missing some privacy screens to the neighbors. The neighbor dog was right by the fence while grilling. In general, you have to like dogs to feel comfortable outside.

Spent 4 nice days in the house. It is super clean and well appointed. Also the outdoor facilities were very well maintained and the large covered terrace just great. The contact with the landlords was very friendly. Always happy to come back
