100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us.
