The house in front of the forest

45 m2 accommodation at the bottom of the garden which consists of a double living room with a 2-seater sofa bed with 2 real mattresses. Equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a double bed. Outside, a terrace with a barbecue. The entrance is through the main entrance of the house, you will then need to go along the house and cross the garden to reach the totally independent outbuilding. For your information, you can hear planes (but not during the night)

Cozy cottage

Petite maison de 35 m2 constituant une dépendance de notre habitation, comprenant : séjour, cuisine équipée avec coin repas. A l'étage chambre et salle d'eau. Le bien comprend aussi un poêle à granulés et climatisation réversible dans la chambre. Accès au jardin pour y prendre vos repas ou pour vous détendre. Possibilité de garer votre voiture dans la cour. Arrêt de bus face à la maison pour la gare en 8 mins et châtelet en 30 mins. La coulée verte est au fond du jardin.

The A86 highway is 10 minutes away Ideal for a visit to Paris, Disneyland by car (30 min), Vallée Village. Near Mondor Hospital, Intercommunal, Orly, UPEC Créteil. All modern comforts: internet, TV, fridge, microwave, Nespresso, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, linens and towels provided.

Cozy studio 15 minutes from Paris

This perfectly located home, 15 minutes from Paris, offers easy access to all amenities. In front of the RER A train station, 1 min from grocery stores, 5 min from the gym. Comfortable studio with 140 x 200 cm double bed. 100 cm TV, Chromecast, BALCONY, Washer, Dryer, equipped kitchen... This is an old apartment with its constraints. Single glazing (outside noise), slight visible aesthetic defects. But nothing affecting the quality of the stay! (See Notes section)

Convenient and comfortable apartment for a getaway in or around Paris. Free public parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (limited to 1h30 parking between 9am and 7pm). Ability to park a little further with no time limit. Located in the heart of Rue de Paris, where there are shops and restaurants and at the end of which the forest of Notre-Dame starts, you will have access to the city as well as to the countryside, all just 6 minutes from the RER A.
