Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Enjoy the wonderful view of the river Meuse. Use your own jetty to enjoy boating or fishing, there is also a boat ramp next to the chalet to launch your own boat. This chalet has every comfort. Het huisje bevindt zich op een kleinschalig park met 25 huisjes. Het is geschikt voor 4 volwassen gasten en 2 kinderen. Het perceel is 260 m2 groot en U beschikt over 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen op het park.
