Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
