Surrounded by private olives trees, the accommodation offers an ideal mix between peaceful relaxation and opportunities for outdoor activities. With easy access to Florence (18 km) and major sites of Tuscan region such as Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, the wine Chianti area and many others landscaping or trekking attractions.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

La casa Rurale o "Colonica" del Podere di Belforte ha origini antiche. Le sue radici sono esse stesse la storia delle colline di Villamagna, sito in cui venne eretta nel Medioevo. Le prime attestazioni risalgono infatti al 1200. La struttura architettonica, le varie pietre-fessure e gli architravi di legno nelle pareti - riportati a vista dopo il restauro- ne chiariscono l’impiego come Torre d’Avvistamento. Nel 1700, venne trasformata in casa colonica ad uso agricolo.
