Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished. Convenient free parking. It is located in Perugia in the residential district of Prepo, above the commercial area of via Settevalli, 6 km from the center, 3 km from the railway station and near the S. Maria della Misericordia hospital.

Villa Caini/in campagna ma vicina alla città

Portion of two-family, Villa Caini, is immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. It is in a strategic location between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway exit, useful to reach the main cultural, food and landscape centers of Umbria. It is also in a location sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in the city; although inside a historic building, it has an elevator. From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
