In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. Het Gouden Eiland is located in the annex of a beautiful city villa on the outskirts of the historic village center of Parkstad Veendam. This neighborhood is known as Het Gouden Eiland, a villa neighborhood with houses built in the period 1910-1930. Together with an artist, we have converted the auditorium of the school in which we live as a family into a special loft with 3 bedrooms. Downstairs are play areas for children, and guests can use the gym where CrossFit lessons are also given. Behind the school is a nice place with a sandbox and picnic table overlooking the Groningen fields. Relax while your children have fun!
