Wooden bungalow by the lake and forest

Our vacation home by the lake is an ideal retreat and recreation area. The bungalow, which is built with a lot of wood, has a nice living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom, another sleeping area on the lower floor and two bathrooms. From the fully glazed dining area you have a wide view of the garden and the lake. Another lake for swimming is right next door. The cottage is set amidst a very quiet, small vacation home settlement.

Whether by the water, on the apple tree or in the grass, everyone will find their favorite spot here! Our holiday farm has a 20,000 m² waterfront property with its own water access, jetty and boat rental. Rowing boat 6€/hour or 24€/day and electric boat 50 or 60€/day (reserve if necessary). At the rear there are 3 log houses, in front a group house for 20 people and a small holiday apartment. Each log cabin has its own parking space directly at the house.

You won't find a place like this one that's both historic and unique. The 90 m² apartment is located on the top floor of the listed former grain store of the property Penzlin. Views over the picturesque countryside , garden, park and lake. The apartment is bright and sunny with windows on all sides. Golf course Fleesensee and Serrahn are about 30 minutes away., Nossentiner Heide Nature Park 5 min, Müritz National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) 15 min.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The apartment Waldesruh is located on the old estate of the forest estate Laase with idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children.
