Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom/loft (2m standing height) with one 90 cm bed. In the accommodation there is also free Wi-Fi, Smart TV (terrestrial channels only), One 80 cm wide and 40 cm high inflatable mattress (built-in electric pump). Outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Cleaning materials (guest is responsible for cleaning upon check-out).

Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

About a 10-minute walk to Nybro center, about 20 minutes by car to Kalmar, is this fully furnished accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen (about 47 sqm) with a private entrance. Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available.
