Cottage holiday rentals in Boulder

Was the perfect spot to stay for our trip to RMNP. Would definitely come back again. Already recommended to multiple people.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Jesse’s river cabin! The kitchen was well stocked for making most of our meals at the cabin. We loved the peaceful river sound right outside the door, relaxing in the hot tub, and the proximity to everything in town and especially to RMNP. Check-in was a breeze. We hope to come back again!

Yvonne and David were excellent hosts! The cottage had everything we needed and was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless throughout the entire process. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from The Stanley, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plus, it was super easy to find, which took all the stress out of arriving. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

One of, if not THE nicest AirBnB I have stayed in - and I’ve stayed in a few! This home is warm, inviting, peaceful & oh-so-quiet. Beautiful kitchen has everything you could need, big deck through slider is lovely & the neighborhood is super safe & equally as quiet. The beds and linens are SO SO SO comfy - it’s clear that no expense was spared. There was an initial issue with the AC but Regina got on it immediately & we were up and running in no time. A great time was had - I can’t recommend this home (or Regina & Jay)enough!

This was a great place. Right by the stream. And the community was great too. Lots of shops right near the place. And everything you need is available at the cabin. Just be aware of the size, it’s a little smaller than what you’d see in the photos. But it’s clean and really well maintained. Definitely recommend with the amazing views from the balcony.

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

We loved this little place! It was so cute and overall quiet and peaceful! It was easy to find and super easy check in instructions! Everything was as described. We’ll definitely be back and stay a bit longer next time! The bed was comfortable and all the linens were clean. It was close to town but still secluded.

Perfect place to stay! Very close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver, beautiful backyard for coffee every morning, huge washer and dryer, and very clean. Lots of space for family and dogs. Host was proactive and friendly. Very preferable to staying in a suburban or city setting. Excited to stay here again for future Denver trips!

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

Stayed for over 2 months and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a small town with about a 20 minute drive to the grocery and only a couple of restaurants closer than that. There is a really nice park about a 4 minute drive away that was our daily dog walk routine with a great river walk. If you’re looking for easy access to hikes/nature and a bit of a slower lifestyle, this is the spot!

Britt’s cabin was wonderful to come home to during our ski vacation week! It was a blast from the past featuring some old-school decor and cool light fixtures from days gone by. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean upon arrival. Both beds were extremely comfortable, and they were plenty of linens and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. The pullout couch does dip in the center so not well-suited for two persons. The location is extremely private and quiet but yet only a 10 minute drive to the Mary Jane base. The only amenity we would have liked to have was a dishwasher, but we adjusted to it right away. The TV is huge and there are many games and cards to enjoy. We cooked almost every night in the kitchen was well stocked with every thing that we needed. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub after a hard day on the slopes, and we all enjoyed the wrap around porch seating area. I am thankful that Britt accepts pets in her home and I would definitely return!

I fell in love with this cottage! Super cozy and loved the surroundings. We saw mule deer grazing in the yard almost every day. It was so nice to have coffee on the wrap around porch and watch the deer. Such a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. It’s also maybe 10 minutes from downtown Estes where all the action is.. and maybe 15 minues to all the amazing hikes at RMNP. My kids LOVED the air hockey table in the garage. At night when we were back in the house for the day, we had air hockey tournaments. We barely turned the living room tv on. The kitchen had just about everything you would need. Keurig was great! Easy coffee making. We usually cook quick meals while on vacation and it was very doable in this kitchen. Beds were cozy and comfortable. We actually had to put the heater on a few of the nights. We aren’t used to that in June where we live. It was very comfortable. Check in and out instructions super easy as well. I would stay here again in a minute!

The cottage was very comfortable and very cozy. I loved the quality of the linens . When we needed more towel there was a very prompt response! We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time. The hosts were very communicative. The house was warm, beautifully decorated and gave us a sense of history being on the mountain to ski. It deepened our experience and was lovely.

We were seeking an escape from the busy life’s and we loved it. The rugged road getting to the home was perfect for our desired disconnect. The beautiful setting and comfortable atmosphere were perfect for coming back from adventuring.

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage in Boulder! It was a very quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the grocery store and other restaurants including our favorite, Santo! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the lovely front porch while taking in the gorgeous view of the flatirons. The home was extremely clean and well cared for, with comfortable beds, an open kitchen and dining area, and decorated throughout with fantastic art! We enjoyed looking at their books, movie collection, albums and CDs, and game selection. Additionally, they provided a few welcome snacks and coffee and tea for the mornings. A perfect choice for our long weekend stay!

We stayed in unit 10 which accommodated 4 people comfortably. Nice furniture and plenty of supplies. Use of laundry room was great too. Location was awesome. Right next to park and creek. Walkable to old town Arvada with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Also walkable to light rail system which goes downtown denver. Would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay! Downtown area was only 10 mins away which was very helpful. The house was very clean and spacious, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable; other than that we loved it! Great location for a getaway!

Was a nice and cozy place. Our family loved it! It was local to all the fun things to do on grand Avenue, plus walking distance to the lake. Our host was very responsive and the place was immaculately clean! We would definitely stay there again.
