Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our two person stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. Katie's response time to questions during our stay was immediate. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Denver. Definitely 5-star.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

This is a precious Airbnb in an adorable neighborhood. The location is close to downtown and the actual area is beautiful, safe, and has so much to offer. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the Longmont area!!

My sister and I stayed at Tomas' place for the night and it was great! It was super clean, easy to checkin and checkout, and we loved the neighborhood. We visited the botanical gardens and some of the restaurants nearby, as well as the Cheery Creek Mall which is just a short drive away. It is a super cute place!

my partner and i had a great time staying here for a couple nights. we stayed to be a little bit closer to red rocks for a concert. we had a great time cooking together, watching a movie together, and smoking together at this cozy place!

This was the perfect place to stay in Golden. Lot's to do within walking distance. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

So happy with this charming place! Comfy bed, beautiful tile work, wash machine! Sabrina was responsive quicky. She even helped me with changing the comforter for some cooler cotton blankets, freshly washed in scent free detergent, awesome. Hope to stay again!

Jon and Linda are very nice and personable folks with lots of snacks and amenities. I bonked my head once on the deck and then again on the bunk beds, but sometimes I need a good bonk on the head to make myself act right. It's an awesome place to stay if you've got a doggo and want a place to stay for a show at Red Rocks, nestled up in the mountain about 30 minutes from the venue.

Cory’s place was great! It is very cozy, well equipped, modern and clean. The neighborhood is walkable and there is Sprouts within walking distance. Cory was very communicative and accommodating, gave us plenty of local recommendations, and was very attentive and flexible. Extra paw for being dog friendly! There is even a small fenced in yard which is very convenient when traveling with a pet. Overall, great place and host, highly recommended!

Allison was a great host! Her place was tidy and set up for optimal use in the smaller space. Shower was always hot and very clean. There was an awkward smell upon arriving but we chalked it up to being above an older garage space. Over all we would absolutely book again.

Wow!! This was the cleanest, most beautiful Airbnb my family has ever stayed in. Dana was the perfect host and has thought of everything you may need on your stay. You really don’t need to pack any extras as it’s there for you. The bunkhouse is on a farm with a dog, donkey, horse and chickens. You can feed the chickens and visit with all the other animals. The back deck and patio have amazing views of the mountains at Rocky Mountain National Park. The sunsets are incredible! If we are ever visiting Loveland, Colorado again, we would definitely stay here! Other Airbnbs work hard to earn their 5 star review from you, but Dana never asks or pushes you to do so. Her generosity and hospitality make me want to give her a 10 star review!

We've stayed here a few times while visiting family, and we always enjoy the space. The neighborhood is lovely for morning walks, and the unit has a nice bird's eye view.

If you're thinking about booking & want to be in a peaceful, walkable (or scooter-able) neighborhood near delicious food, grocery store & lots of activities + you want a super clean, secure, comfortable place to relax in between & sleep in... this is a fantastic place. Brian was super accommodating, responsive & friendly. I hope we make it back to Denver again soon. If we do, this place is my first choice.

Peter's place was a sweet little place and I was happy with my stay. The property description is accurate - be certain you are confident climbing a ladder to get to the top bedroom (maybe not perfect for multiple nocturnal visits to the bathroom). The place was clean and the communication clear and friendly. The location is quiet and walkable, only minutes to area restaurants and stores with lots of little neighborhood parks and close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge which is a must-visit. I will plan to stay at Peter's again when I am in the area.

I frequently stay at various Airbnbs, and this one was exceptional! The location is fantastic, the property is impeccably clean, and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe for walking. Phil is incredibly organized and provided numerous "just-in-case" extras. The coffee was a nice touch, there were plenty of towels, the TV was easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

Lofty ceilings that made it feel larger and more open than a one bedroom. Colors and details were tastefully juxtaposed. Quality setup, furnishings and amenities. Well equipped and nice touches.
