Family-friendly holiday rentals in Boulder

This was a GREAT little spot. Perfect for the two of us celebrating our 11 year anniversary! We didn’t hang around too much because we had other plans but all roads led us back to Nederland, with BREATHTAKING views! Angie, Jesse, and the family, especially Aven the greeter, were awesome! They had a stocked mini fridge with waters, snacks, and coffee! They also had hygiene products available, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, etc! We loved this spot! STAY HERE!

Stay was great, plenty of space and privacy The view from the yard is amazing especially at night! Felt like I could see all of Denver from the backyard! Hammock was great, fire pit was a nice thing to have while sitting outside at night enjoying the view, definitely recommend for anyone who is going to the Red Rocks or just looking for a quiet place close to Denver with an amazing view!

I can not say enough about this place it was exactly what our family was looking for. If you are looking to get out of the city and relax then this is the place for you. We spent every evening in the hot tub with the most beautiful views. Sitting on the porch one morning a fox came down the driveway, a moose came right to the water 15 ft in front of me, an elk was walking through the trees to the right of me and a momma duck had her babies out on the lake in front of me all within an hour. God really showed off that day. The home was so spacious there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was very clean and well cared for. There are plenty of hiking trails within a few miles if that’s your thing. We also spent a day in the hot tub, played board games and cooked on the grill, so if you don’t want to go anywhere there is plenty to do right at the cabin! 10 out of 10 would recommend Chris and Catherine’s place!

A cute space with everything one needs for a relaxing get away! Hot tub was fabulous and watching the birds, squirrels and other animals around the place was so fun!

This was such a great place to stay! We loved the peacefulness and the beautiful scenery! The many car rides to and from different towns were unbearable - absolutely breathtaking views!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is a very beautiful and welcoming home in great surroundings. It has been a fantastic stay for our family’s little ones to grandparents both times. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub with a view is a nice touch. They even let me borrow a book that I was unable to finish during my stay that I will be mailing back shortly! Thank you again, great place and we hope to stay again soon.

Our group of five were impressed with the accommodations, view, and extraordinary willingness of the host to accommodate our needs. In spite of a few quirks (limited parking, storage containers for leftover food, or absence of laundry soap, and a few minor cleaning misses—coffee pot that wasn’t emptied/cleaned to empties left at the hot tub), which were either due to property limitations, visiter oversight/preparedness, or cleaning crew oversights, we weren’t dismayed or put off, and ALL OF US THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY and would be MORE THAN WILLING to travel the challenging road to stay again.

This is a beautiful location! The home was loaded with amenities and was a perfect home base for our RMNP/Estes Park trip. We loved hanging out on the back patio each evening when it cooled down. The A/C wasn’t performing well when we were there. It was struggling with the heat so it may need attention. Nathan was very responsive and all of his instructions and videos were very helpful. He did offer to send someone out to look at the A/C but we declined. We never used the hot tub (too hot out), but grilled, watched movies, played games, washed clothes, and made good use of this spacious home for our party of 4. The views are unparalleled and it was a quick drive into town and to the Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anne’s place is a perfect secluded get away! Close enough to Boulder if you want to enjoy the city, but also tucked away in the mountains where you can escape everything. The house is old, and reminded me of my grandmother’s farm house, which is part of its charm and is partly why we chose to stay here. It’s a step back in time (still has internet though). The town of Gold Hill (a few extra miles up the road) is worth the trip. Talk about an even bigger step back in time (Google it)! All in all, we had a really great experience (there’s even an old rotary phone that confused the mess out of my 16 year old daughter), and Anne was a great host.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a great place to unwind and relax!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Mark was very clear on his instructions on how to enter and what should be done before checkout. House was very clean and comfortable I would recommend staying here!

Near downtown in a neighborhood very popular with cyclists and hikers. Everything you need is there for your stay, lovely professional gas range, well stocked kitchen, games, games, puzzles, movies and books. Lynn is nearby if you have any questions. She gets back to you quickly. Adequate parking, linens, towels and paper products. Very good central heating and A/C. The recreation possibilities are endless. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

Trish was a wonderful host. Very accommodating for our needs. She was thorough in her check in and out instructions. The place was cozy and had all we need. It was located in walking distance to the rec room and a very short drive to Safeway. Awesome stay!

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

Just checked out of the condo. Amazing stay. Easy check in and amazing AC. Everything isn’t too far away, and very convenient spot for traffic. Would definitely stay here again!
