Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. Luxury Studio Borders Park - Walk to Shopping

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.

Central Boulder 15 min. Longmont 15 min. Microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric skillet, blender, panini press, bar fridge (no freezer) and sink (in bathroom). Wall mount mini-split air conditioning/heat. No fragrance cleaning. No TV.
