This comfortable, charming and well-presented cottage is a perfect bolthole for couples. The property is conveniently positioned just 10 mins walk to the beach which is accessed via a well-maintained wide and level footpath through the green and peaceful valley which opens up to reveal the beautiful beach. The beach is also home to the welcoming Sea Shanty café with a small shop for essentials. Opposite the property is the Masons Arms, a well-regarded pub serving excellent food and local beers.

Branscombe Holiday Apartment

Our charmingly furnished self catering holiday accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in comfort. Situated in Branscombe village square, close to the local real ale and food pub and a short walk from the beautiful unspoilt beach at Branscombe mouth. During this difficult time my caretaker will be wiping down all hard surfaces thoroughly with anti bacterial disinfectant between guests. The apartment is situated in an area of Devon with many walks where it will be safe to reduce social interaction.

Ideally suited to couples/individuals looking for a simple place to stay in the heart of rural Branscombe village. It has its own front door and is tucked away from main house which faces the other way affording privacy to all. Shared driveway, 1 parking space and private decking area. 10 mins easy stroll to beach through the water meadows, around the corner from the excellent Masons Arms pub.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Beer cottage private parking, 2 min walk to beach.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
