Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

North Hill Cottages is just 10 mins from Barnstaple (and less again to NDDH) but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Willow is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. We are ideally situated to explore the West and North coasts, as well as Exmoor. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

This newly refurbished cabin is beautifully rustic boho styled with 2 King (or twin) bedrooms sleeping up to 4. There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private decking through 5m bifold doors with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This is a cosy and unique stay.

Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
