In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with large shower cubicle.
