The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

More than 500 years old and set in a gloriously remote rural location on Exmoor, this is a fabulous hayloft floor apartment on the Coleridge Way with enclosed garden - perfect for couples, small families and dogs. Amongst the trees, the cabin is in earshot of the seashore with views from inside and outside of the ever-changing tides and hills beyond. Porthole Log Cabin has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, complete with a roll top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Outside, the large elevated decking area has three separate seating areas to enjoy the ambience of the peaceful setting.

A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.
