Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

This is a great place for people looking for quiet village surrounded by beautifull nature with lot of wild animals around. Host is very friendly. The house is cozy and the terrace is a nice place to spend the hot hours in the afternoon.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The apartment was very beautiful and Dores is a great host! She has a little shop in the basement where you can buy truffles, oil and more. She was ver welcoming and could recommend some activities. The village is very tiny, but nevertheless beautiful and the people are incredibly friendly. We will definitely come back.
