Peaceful escape to the mountains. We loved this peaceful condo in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The views are beautiful. We walked the community everyday and the residents and club staff were incredibly friendly. We will be back!

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

You can’t go wrong staying at Libby’s place. Libby communicated clear check in instructions and was always responsive. The condo was immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom roomy. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need and then some. New Belgium is right across the street, and the River Arts district is within walking distance. Having garage parking is an added bonus. I would love to stay at Libby’s again if I’m ever back in Asheville

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at April and Derek’s lake condo in Lake Lure! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, and we loved enjoying our morning coffee out on the balcony. April and Derek were excellent hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided great recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our trip even better. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close to all the fun Lake Lure has to offer. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene lake escape!

Peaceful. Cozy. Clean. Tino and his family have done such an amazing job on this space, and landscaping of their home. He was helpful with local recommendations for dinners, and made us feel right at home with how nice and helpful he was. Cannot say enough good things about It!

Frans' place was very peaceful and comfortable. The amenities were perfect and upscale. The entire home was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the little touches of the eco soaps and organics. The host was very responsive and the location was close to everything we needed.

We stayed in the cabin for a death in our family March 2025 and wanted a place clean, relaxing and quiet and we got just that!! We did have a "tiny" issue but when Tamra found out she was on it, and it was corrected quickly and we even talked on the phone, and she was the sweetest person. The Cabin was clean and comfy and so relaxing, and the beds were so comfortable also. We would definitely come back to stay & recommend it to anyone!!

Great home base for our golf and hiking week. Nicely decorated, well equipped and well designed layout with a pleasant terrace to relax in at the close of each day. Close to Smoky Mountain National park and good restaurants nearby in Waynesville.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

Was great right from the start, was messaged to say I could check in early. The space was perfect and a quiet area despite the amount of condos. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a generous amount of space. The Keurig machine was a nice touch! Host was exceptional with communication. Would highly recommend.

Rory’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Asheville! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our group of four people, easy walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. Rory was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

Beautiful views! That waterfall is gorgeous and the fact that you can see it from the Living room, and having the balcony is a plus, is amazing! Kim was very helpful and offered tons of recommendations and even Santas really cute pictures of the wildlife that they’ve seen in the area. Great find!

Jody was super friendly and very responsive to any questions that I had. The rental was immaculately clean, with nice furnishings and a comfy bed. I would definitely recommend The Snug or any of Jody’s other listings at The Shaded Crest.

What a lovely condo! Donna has thought of everything. From the beautiful linens and rugs, to the sweet porch and fresh flowers, she paid attention to detail. This is a great getaway spot for a girl’s long weekend, or a romantic stay for an anniversary! I’ll definitely return.
