Quiet studio in charming old hamlet near Locarno

The independent studio in a renovated small stone barn has its own garden and overlooks a car-free traditional hamlet only 15 minutes from Locarno and Verzasca valley. Attached to the modern bedroom is a generous bathroom (an ode to the Caribbean sea) equipped with cooking utensils, 3 electric plates and fridge for your breakfast or a light lunch. No direct road access but a short walk through the hamlet (∼80m) with some minor steps. Limit the weight of your luggage! Free parking in the area.

Comodità e indipendenza in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione ben collegata nel vivace quartiere NoLo, ricco di servizi, ristoranti e bistrot. Camera da letto (25mq) con bagno con ingresso indipendente (cucina non disponibile), al primo piano di un palazzo stile vecchia Milano con ballatoio esterno nel quartiere NoLo, a 6 min dalla metro Pasteur (M1 Rossa) e 10 da Piazzale Loreto. Ascensore non disponibile. Per la legge italiana, dovrò vedere il tuo documento al check in, in persona.

In piccolo nucleo storico, tranquillo con muri a pietra e ulivi, trovate ampia camera con due letti in spazi discosti e annesso grande bagno e doccia. La camera si trova al pianoterra. L'accesso è sul retro della casa. Salendo dal posteggio due brevi rampe di scale poi si trova il giardino interno. Il giardino annesso è piacevole e discreto assicura intimità e freschezza. La camera è organizzata per preparare colazione e pasti, con frigo, piastra per cucinare e lavastoviglie.

Situato in un condominio tranquillo, con entrata indipendente il mio alloggio è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione FS e quindi molto comodo per chi deve andare a Milano e a RHO FIERA(35').Inoltre è a 15'dall'inizio della zona pedonale (centro) e a 5'dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato. Dispone di angolo cottura e frigorifero

We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !
