Dieses wunderschöne Rustico ist perfekt! Es ist ideal für Familien, da es in einer fantastischen Umgebung liegt und zudem sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Julian ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und perfekt beschrieben. Vielen Dank für Alles, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Beautiful house on the slopes. Amazing view from the house just like in the pictures. I thought the house looks much better than the pictures. Nicole was extremely kind but perhaps communication was a little affected by google translate but all is fixed since I had a Swiss friend. For ASEAN guests, please take note that the garbage bags are paid so usually they use 1 bag for the stay and please take note of the trash organisation instructions on the kitchen bar. - This has nothing to do the owner but a cultural difference good to note. The place is wonderful and the kids (Swiss and Asian) all loved the play area. Superb! Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

Monica and Luciano are wonderfull hosts. First of all their house is located at a top position with a unique view on the lago and inside the house you experience the atmosphere of a nice environment in any detail and in any aspect. You breath the Italian hospitality. Monica and Luciano treated us in a fantastisc way and they provided is with so much enthousiastic information to make our stay “indimenticabile”. We will never forget the Centovalli experience. Grazie mille e a la prossima volta……

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr traditionell in einem alten Steinhaus, im wunderschönen Verzasca Tal gelegen. Der Ort ist der ideale Standpunkt, um das Tal mit der schönen Natur, aber auch Locarno und Ascona zu erkunden. Bitte beachten: der Ort ist an einem Stausee, dort kann man nicht schwimmen! Auch gibt es im Tal keine Supermärkte, Bäcker etc, Einkäufe am besten vorher erledigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, die Küche voll ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. (Es gibt steile Treppen im Haus, für sehr kleine Kinder nicht geeignet). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison perchée sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur le lac majeur, le tout dans un cadre paisible et privilégié. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour, tout y est : le confort , l’espace , la vue , les équipements, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent . Nous n’avons pas vu notre hôte mais nous pouvions facilement communiquer avec lui . C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans ce petit havre de paix .

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The flat was exceptional clean and located in a great part of Ascona, very close to the lake. Also the communication with Alex was excellent. My family and I highly recommend this Airbnb and want to visit again as soon as possible.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Franziska in vollen Zügen genossen. So ein schöner Ort - ein bezaubernder Garten, die Umgebung wunderbar - was will man mehr… wir hatten einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt auf der Rückfahrt von Süditalien mit unseren 3 Kindern. Sehr zu empfehlen, man ist auch ganz fix wieder auf der Autobahn. Danke Franziska für die schöne Zeit :)

We are returning guests to House of Alma, and we returned for a reason! This airbnb is a hidden gem, in the perfect location of Lake Como, ideal for reaching surrounding areas by boat, foot, car and bus letting you explore this amazing place. Sala Comacina is a quieter town away from the tourist crowds but you are never far from the action. The accommodation has everything you need (with garage if needed), giving you impeccable views of the lake (so close you can see the fish) I will miss sitting, relaxing on the balcony. Next door is a picture perfect restaurant with stunning cuisine, a must if visiting, also other great eateries in the area or close by in neighbouring towns. Great communication throughout, we were met by Anna again who is always helpful and contactable if there are any problems. Highly recommend!! Thank you Tom & Tabitha

Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem sehr besonderen Ort. Toll bewachsener (Bananenstauden!!) und sehr großer Aussenbereich, wir waren auch tatsächlich jeden Tag im See schwimmen, was für uns ein Highlight war. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern im Inserat mit älteren Möbeln eingerichtet, insbesondere das 2. Schlafzimmer wenig möbliert, wurde aber von uns auch nicht benutzt. Die Küche allerdings ist brandneu und super ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat wurde hier schon mehrfach erwähnt). Ursi und Enrico haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit guten Tipps für die Umgebung versehen, es gab auch eine hilfreiche Parkkarte für kostenfreie Nutzung der Parkplätze entlang des Flusses. Kurzum, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, 1000 Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach perfekt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung war unglaublich gut und alles war super sauber. Alles ist ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet. Man spürt die Liebe des Gastgebers in in jedem Details. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles.

We logeerden met 7 architecten in deze prachtige woning. Het overtrof onze hoge verwachtingen. Het huis en de omgeving zijn ongelofelijk mooi. Het was een plezier om er 2 nachten te verblijven.

Simon was a wonderful host. He welcomed us warmly and personally, took plenty of time to give us helpful tips about the region. You could tell at all times that this was a private property and not an investment property. It was tastefully furnished with beautiful, partly antique furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed cooking and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake from the terrace. Everything in this charming house worked and it was very clean and well maintained. Simon's advice about the challenging stairs to and around the house should be taken very seriously. He accurately describes these and other challenges that come with living in this old and charming village. Overall, we felt super comfortable. Simon was always available, extremely helpful, and we had some really nice chats with him. If you love the northern Italian lakes, appreciate individuality, and value a highly dedicated host, this is the perfect place for you.

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

Marco's villa is beautiful. Well decorated and plenty of rooms. Located right across the lake, nice place for morning and afternoon walk. You need to walk uphill to get to the villa, and the bedrooms are located upstairs. It might be difficult for the elderly. The Lido2.0 restaurant Marco recommended is a must try.

This place is truly magical—just as beautifully presented as described. From the moment we arrived, Paula greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, instantly making us feel at home. We loved swimming in the lake right in front of the property—such a rare and peaceful treat. The privacy was perfect, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and we enjoyed every meal out on the stunning patio. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and with the high temperatures during our stay, we were especially grateful for the air conditioning. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful retreat and would love to return someday.

Die Unterkunft ist das oberste Haus in der wunderschönen Ortschaft Brè und liegt direkt am Waldrand. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse und dem grossen Garten hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf Brè, den Monte Brè, den San Salvatore, den Lago di Lugano und die umliegenden Hügel. Es ist der perfekte Rückzugsort, wenn man seine Ruhe haben und schnell in das umliegende Wandergebiet eintauchen möchte (da es direkt vor der Tür beginnt). Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war direkt und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
