Monthly Rentals in Bristol

I stayed at Guy's house for four months (January–April 2025) while in Bristol for a visiting period at the University. The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bristol—clean, quiet, and very pleasant to live in. It's just a 20-minute walk from the University and close to a bus stop and several supermarkets and other local shops. The house itself is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. Guy is a great host, quick to reply and very helpful. I only had a couple of minor issues during my stay, and he resolved them immediately. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Bristol for study or work for a short period of time.

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

This room is bight, quiet and very clean. Lydia is very helpful. Although room is a bit small, but sleep very well with the confortable bed. Just one comment, as it described, the room is without locker. Sometimes, landlord enter your room with asking in advance. I think this should be improved, although I do not care it too much. Also, the room is not a en-suite with bathroom inside.

Fantastic location in Bristol! I have to be at the university almost all day during the few days of my stay, so I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the flat, but you can't beat this location! very close to all the shops, restaurants, the university, and public transport. it worked really well for me!
