De accommodatie is duurzaam (nauwelijks gasgebruik) en voorzien van airconditioning in living + slaapkamers. In de wintermaanden kan daarmee verwarmd worden. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Smederij Sterk Accommodation

Lodging "Smederij Sterk" is located in the old city forge of J. Sterk. The monumental building dates from 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Jurjen heeft het huisje helemaal zelf gemaakt en er voor gezorgd dat jullie volledig kunnen ontspannen. Het keukentje is een echte “Oldtimer” maar ook met oven. De houtgestookte Hottub is er los bij te huren voor €90,- voor een weekend en €120,- voor een midweek/week.
