Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. Amazing harbour home with sea views & free parking

Beautifully renovated wing of Georgian house in Brixham harbour with sea views from most rooms. The Quarterberth has a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, radiators and underfloor heating (bathrooms and hallway). A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.
