Beachfront holiday rentals in Brixham

Jen’s place is great, we absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The space is really homely and extremely spacious - we loved playing the board games when the weather wasn’t great and using the balcony when the sun popped out. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return. Thanks so much

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was immaculate and the bed was sooo comfy! Ideal having a toilet separate to the bathroom too. We used the accommodation as a base to visit family who live locally and would 100% stay again.

Had a fantastic week at Leyside. Clean, tidy and perfect location. Stones throw from the dog friendly beach. Excellent pub, fish & chips & cafe / bar very close by. The farm shop just up the road was fab too along with the taproom & pizzeria . Not far to nearby towns & national trust properties. All in all a great place for a break .

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

A lovely home, well equipped and close to all amenities. We had a great week there. Would thoroughly recommend though not necessarily for the less agile. Several steps in the house and steep staircase to upstairs. But has a beautiful downstairs bedroom and shower room.

I can’t recommend The Dragon’s Nest highly enough!! Stunning! An absolutely incredible home on 4 storeys, in the centre of Brixham, with glorious views of the Harbour. We stayed as a family of 8 adults for my Birthday. (My husband & I, our 3 grown-up children, & their partners.) We all had plenty of room! Even smallest double, (a beautiful cabin bed), was great! We loved the quirkiness of the place. So many interesting things to look at - Inside & out. Plus impressive tiered garden! Each eve we cooked a themed 3-course meal. Plenty of utensils, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery etc, for us all! The massive hob and ovens were perfect! The beautiful dining table extended, plus extra chairs. We enjoyed the Pac Man arcade games table too! The gorgeous upstairs lounge, had enough seating for all as well. The 4 toilets & various shower rooms, plus fabulous bath were ideal for a big family. We really had The Best Time! Thank you Lynn & Nick (& Sue) for everything! And communication was superb!

Would thoroughly recommend this property. It is well located and spacious. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach easy enough to walk into Paignton. If we come down to this area again would definitely look to see if it was available

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. We will definitely visit again!

Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We even extended our stay by 2 nights as we didnt want to leave. The apartment was really lovely, had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. My boys loved the tennis court and swimming pool. The views from the apartment were stunning overlooking the sea. we started each day with a morning (very cold) swim in the sea followed by a lovely coffee/hot chocolate from the cafe on the beach. I would highly recommend Des's apartment. We will definitely be returning

Very comfortable place with spectacular view over the ocean (the sunset!). Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make the evening meals at the house which was convenient as we were travelling with a baby.

We have just returned from our stay and it was the perfect choice for a family. Lots to do at the park when some down time was needed and great coastal location. The accommodation was great - outdoor space, lovely lounge area and little touches like high chair and bed rail for our toddler included. Anja has thought of everything you could need and was very quick to help when we needed support on arrival (my issue not a lack of communication from the host). All in all a great choice for our half term getaway and we will certainly book again.

Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning apartment! The space was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photos. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay her attention to detail is impeccable and the little extra touches were really thoughtful. Very compact space, clean and modern with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful to wake up to sea views while lying in bed! Great coastal walks in either direction for miles with stunning scenery. So much to see and do in the area. Great to have a parking space outside the accommodation. Tina was informative about checking in and offered help during the stay.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boundary cottage! It’s beautifully designed with gorgeous high quality interiors. It was just right for us - two adults and two children. Everything was provided for a child friendly stay (high chair, stair gate, travel cot, kids tableware). The cottage is compact but has made the most of all space for useful storage, it had everything we needed. Highlights for us were the beautiful bed linen, the gorgeous bathroom with uninterrupted views into the fields with the cows and the lovely walk straight out of the front door down the farm track. Our kids adored the cows and the little play area was a welcome occasional distraction!

Absolutely blown away to be honest. The owl houses are stunning. From the overall feel to the small details they have nailed it. I'll definitely be coming back for sure and will hold the trips memories with me for many years to come. Thank you Lou and Tim for sharing this amazing space and good luck for the next venture!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We use Airbnb for our trips all the time but we have never experienced such a beautiful stay. From the scenic views to quick access to the beach, the stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We really didn’t want to go home, and we will definitely come back. The Airbnb was very spacious with all the amenities you may need. The location was close to other areas and there is a coastal path on the doorstep! Definitely visit the Rio cafe that is on the beachfront and only a short walk from the Airbnb. The place was also very clean. We will be definitely coming back!

A beautiful place to stay. The interiors were elegantly styled and absolutely pristine. The super comfy bed and delicious scones were a lovely extra! Would love to return one day.
