Holiday rentals with a patio in Brixham

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

Lovely little base for trips to the beach and local walks. The airbnb was spotless and very comfortable - a great use of space, with all essentials provided! We particularly appreciated the little box of cookies and tea/coffee on arrival which was a lovely touch. It's a very convenient location, and it was incredibly helpful to have parking since the seafront isn't the easiest place to find a space! Josh (the host) was really friendly and welcoming, and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay at Paulines beautiful apartment! Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and provided in such a tastefully decorated way. The flapjacks on arrival were supurb! The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicki’s place. It was well furnished with most items needed for a stay away from home. The Airbnb was also conveniently located near by the beach and transport links. We would love to stay here again.

We loved staying at Louise’s place. It was the perfect base for my husband’s sailing event and a short walk down to the harbour where there were lots of shops/cafes/restaurants. The apartment was extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious - certainly enough space for x4 adults and a couple of little ones. Louise was kind enough to leave a travel cot and highchair for our youngest. The parking was very handy too. We had a fantastic time in Torquay and will certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay at Combe Shute Cottage.

Great place. Spacious living area with everything we needed. Cafes and bakeries within 2 min walk + amazing playground. Would def stay again.

A beautifully presented property in a perfect position on the quieter side of the River in Kingswear. Very clean and well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings and comfortable beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outside space is beautifully sunny and well appointed. Great communication throughout from Sharon. All in all a cracking holiday let.

We loved our few days staying in Jason’s house. It’s perfectly located to explore the beautiful coast and countryside. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable and we appreciated the treats left for us and our dog - thank you! We hope to come back again very soon!

We had a great stay at Portia's for bank holiday weekend. The den is very well equipped and we found it a peaceful place to stay.

Matthew was a great host, prompt to reply with any questions we had. The property was an ideal location for Brixham, Dartmouth, Torquay, Paignton. The house had everything we needed, was super accessible for my dad who has very limited mobility. Highly recommend

Pete and Sue were absolutely fantastic hosts, taking the time out to speak with my and my partner and recommending places nearby. The annex was absolutely beautiful, clean and neutrally decorated making it the perfect place to unwind and relax with the added bonus of the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed enjoying the sun on. The scones, cream and jam was a really nice touch along with the croissants at breakfast although we totally forgot to bring them. That’s fine, just means we’ll have to visit again soon! Loved the look of the place when I first saw it listed. actually "Fabulousser" ( New word) than the pictures . Everything highend no skimping on quality. A magnificent bolt hole. A bit daunted by the steps but probably did me the world of good. A 76 year old teenager with arthritic joints and an issue with my ticker. The thought of a few beers in the fabulous Blue Anchor a great incentive, I wish it was nearer I'd be there more often both the apartment and Brixham. Well done Chris and Kelly

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
