Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Broadland

This was our second time staying at Laura’s place. It’s a great spot, close to beach and town and perfect for our young family (children aged 5 and 3). Hopefully we’ll be back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sheringham. The flat was extremely well located and was spacious and comfortable. Such a bonus to have outside space too. Will definitely return.

Lovely place in a great location with beautiful surroundings. We were welcomed with freshly baked bread and homemade made jam. We've stayed at other Airbnbs but the amenities provided made this place stand above the rest.

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Great location for the beach and the local pub which served good pub food but you need to book for the restaurant. Accommodation as described, clean & comfortable. Water pressure superb, best shower ever & washer/dryer very welcome after an afternoon on the beach. Would be happy to recommend to friends & family.

A lovely stay in excellent studio apartment with private bathroom and washing machine facilities. Great area for walking around Norwich with a beautiful outlook over the River. many eating places and shops nearby. very handy for train station. Apartment very clean tidy with all you need easy acces to building and apartment. Host a cessible via email messaging etc and responsive. I definitely would return. Rachel

We loved the house, and immediately felt at home. Claire had thoughtfully left us some bits to eat and we felt this was a lovely touch. The house was very clean and tidy, and the addition of the garden and the sauna was great. Claire is a very responsive and helpful host. We're looking forward to our next stay at the house later in the year.

A really comfortable stay. Well appointed house, bathrooms and kitchen in particular are really nicely done. Quiet residential location. Easy walk into the centre of Norwich, to the shops and bars on Unthank Road and to the Park Run. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house! We attended a festival at Earlham Park and the house was a 10 minute walk so fantastic location for us. Really clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely, big kitchen/dining and lounge area. Beds super comfy too! Jack was super accommodating and let us check in early so we could attend the festival. Will definitely stay again!

The stable conversion is stunning. Everything feels new, clean, high tech and all needs are catered for. The photos do not do it justice. It is lovely to sit in the garden in comfortable seats or in the lounge and view the garden. Juliet provided everything we needed to give us a good start - milk tea coffee etc. We chatted to them several times and they were helpful in giving advice on places to visit. We visited Winterton on sea and Horning both well worth a day out. If we had more time it would have been a idea place for more visits

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

When we arrived at Deborah’s Bungalow it was like a Show Home and a home baked cake to great us as well as tea coffee sugar & milk . All the amenities you could ever ask for. She greeted us and gave us some good places to visit as we didn’t know the area. The two bedrooms were beautiful and every part of this Bungalow was a very high standard.

me, my wife and my son stayed over the bank holiday weekend. The place is fantastic, incredibly clean and felt like it was all brand new. My son is autistic and often nervous of new places but he settled in straight away and loved the lodge. There's some great walks and pubs nearby. Thank you for a great stay and we'll definitely look to book again in the future.

115 Onley Street was perfect for us. It was very comfortable with 3 double bedrooms each with en-suites. The kitchen was well stocked. Lovely courtyard garden and comfy sitting room. We knew the area well and it was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. Great local bars, eateries, coffee shop and bakery plus only a short walk to the city centre. Briony was a great host and was quick to respond to any queries with a very friendly manner. The parking space was close by and most convenient. We would definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Norwich. Highly Recommend.

Our first Airbnb experience, and we were very impressed. We had a gig nearby, and our usual hotel choice was full. Rather than opt for a room in a pub, we decide to give Airbnb a go. The booking experience was excellent and very easy; communication was timely and gave clear guidance; check in was super easy, with parking extremely close. Once inside, the flat was spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped. We only stayed for one night, but you'd be happy here for weeks!

We stayed for four nights to go to my cousin’s 70th birthday weekend so we weren’t in the flat very much, but it was exactly what we wanted. Helen’s instructions were very clear, but do take notice of what she says about the keys. The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent and a spacious living room with a good quality TV. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly enjoyed Helen’s choice of colours and design of things. The light that went on independently in the hall is very useful at night. Stalham is an excellent centre and we can recommend walks in Barton woods and chilling out watching the boats at Horning.

Great location, close to the beach and town. The flat is much lighter and airy than the photos show. It’s spacious and a bonus having a second bathroom. There’s small additions like soap, washing up liquid, kitchen roll which are helpful! Andrew had the place ready sooner as well and let us know it was ready. Would absolutely visit again and have already recommended to friends and family.

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Right in the heart of downtown Norwich and close to shops and restaurants. I found Norwich to be a very walkable city with well marked streets and everything was pretty close. Lots of little alleyways to take a shortcut. This apartment is in the center of it all, but is on a less busy street across from the police and fire station. The inner side of the apartment faces a courtyard so bedroom 1 was very quiet. I did not sleep on the police/fire side of the building, but sat up quite late in the living room and was not bothered by any noise. This is a top floor apartment with no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Mandy sent me precise directions for parking and check in - with pictures! thank you! - that made getting there and getting in so much easier. I appreciated that Mandy was friendly and proactive in letting me know when the apartment was ready (I was able to arrive early) and when to check out (she let me know when the cleaners would arrive). A great stay!
