The holiday home features neutral grays throughout, touches of color, an open-plan living area, a cozy electric fireplace, and an expansive terrace. The home has everything to make your stay in Colorado Springs enjoyable. As you enter, you will be greeted by the large living room and beautiful kitchen with a pull out coach, fire place, and Smart TV, where you can relax watching cable. The full kitchen has everything to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of table/counter space, a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups, a table and four chairs. The living room is connected to the bedroom giving a studio like feeling, with a comfortable queen bed, and a closet. In the first bathroom on the main floor you will be able to find a beautiful glass shower with a washer and dryer. To make life easy, we have laundry soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There are a set of stairs in the living area that lead up to the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs, spacious bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, with separate reading lamps. Off of the upstairs bedroom there is a second full bathroom, with a large beautiful bath tub. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi for all you work/entertainment needs as well as heating & Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Host lives on property and willing to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Respects your privacy, will interact by phone. There are lots of things within walking distance such as the Olympic Training Center, Memorial Park, and more. Adorable Little House in prime location

My ideal guests are couples or solo travelers with excellent reviews. This is Not a guesthouse, there are No owners living upstairs or downstairs and you don't have to enter through an alley. This is a quirky, small house with a throwback feel. This cozy and private place is 126 years old; it's on a wide and quiet street lined with trees. It's in a great location 4 min. from downtown, 3 min. from Old Colorado City, and 6 min. from Manitou. * No children please as the house is not childproof *
