Historic cottage for couples and solo travelers

My ideal guests are couples or solo travelers with excellent reviews. This is Not a guesthouse, there are No owners living upstairs or downstairs and you don't have to enter through an alley. This is a quirky, small house with a throwback feel. This cozy and private place is 127 years old; it's on a wide and quiet street lined with trees. It's in a great location 5 min. from downtown, 3 min. from Old Colorado City, and 6 min. from Manitou. * No children please as the house is not childproof *

Our cottage is a small and cozy place that can sleep 6 guests nicely (8 very tight). Relax outside on the outdoor deck as you unwind from exploring beautiful Colorado! Located minutes from Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, and many outdoor attractions including, Garden of the gods, Red Rock open space, Pikes Peak, the Cog, Manitou Springs, Manitou Incline hike and Helen Hunt falls. You also have many choices to choose from for restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment and shopping!

A retro-style kitchen is featured, highlighted by a mint green refrigerator and a white stove. Shelving holds various dishware and kitchen utensils. A potted plant is placed on the floor, adding a splash of greenery, while natural light enters through a nearby window.
