Here you are surrounded by picturesque alleys with close proximity to the sea and cliffs but also to the forest with exercise tracks 600 meters away. In high season there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage is built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a lot of coziness. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection of up to 250Mbit/SEK completely free. AppleTV is available in the cabin.

Smögen, Hamburgsund or Fjällbacka are about 20 minutes away. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, hall with kitchen and a bathroom. Bicycles are available to borrow. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
