The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Newly renovated country-style apartment near Playmobil Funpark (9 min.) and Cadolzburg Castle. By car, it is only 30 minutes to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and one with a bunk bed, which is converted into two beds with high-quality mattresses if necessary. In addition, we also have a crib for families on request. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and shopping for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The metro stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. The journey time to Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by metro and 12 minutes to the exhibition centre.

The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

I can currently offer three double rooms (one double bed in room 1, one double bed in room 2 and one double bed plus single bed in room 3) in this apartment. In addition, a double bed in the pointed floor (room 4).
