A well-located, quiet, clean and well-equipped accommodation. We would recommend them at any time.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because the weather was very nice, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger enclosed garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is great!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Especially nice: dogs are welcome! I would be happy to book again at any time – absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

A beautiful, old half-timbered house, stylishly restored and furnished, awaited us. Martin was a very courteous and friendly host with tips for activities in the area (restaurants, adventure playground, swimming spots on the surrounding lakes, etc.) The horses in the yard and the garden with play equipment were of course a special highlight for our children. There was also plenty of space in the house and lots of play and entertainment options. For us parents, local beer and wine specialties were waiting in the "minibar". So there was something for everyone. Always happy to come back!

We were extremely happy with the place. Everything was pleasantly clean, and the facility left nothing to be desired. The contact with Kerstin was always friendly, helpful and reliable. We felt very comfortable both in the house and due to the direct proximity to the beautiful nature around the lake. We would love to come back anytime and fully recommend the place.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! This was a class stay with everything you need. I can't think of anything to criticize. The accommodation is a self-contained, stylish building with conservatory, covered terrace, fireplace , possibility to use pool and sauna, all well furnished, modern bathroom, separate toilet. The peace is heavenly. Both for self-catering and for those who want to explore Franconian cuisine. With tips and recommendations, the hosts can always serve. Hospitality is still paramount to these. The ideal location to also explore the World Heritage Site from here, e.g. in Würzburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg, etc. For us, a completely successful stay and a top recommendation

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. Very nicely located house, garden very nice, but access roads very overgrown, that you got stuck with clothes in the thorns of the roses. Kitchen better equipped than thought/expected. Flour, spices, kitchen scale, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags for "normal" basic equipment. Unfortunately, no microwave.

It was great. We had a great break, lots of nature, great scenery, beautiful lakes, every shortage to discover. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice hosts. We are grateful for the beautiful time and look forward to coming back.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Everything was great! Beate is a very attentive host. Every detail is thought out. In summer, accommodation is a pleasure, in the heat it is cool and comfortable.

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

Doris' accommodation is great for a short vacation with a dog and you almost feel at home. The restaurant on the ground floor bakes delicious pizza and the salad is also great. Of course, you can hear the hustle and bustle on the weekend, but after 10 pm, almost nothing - it didn't bother me. I met the direct neighbors briefly and both were super friendly! The kitchen is functionally furnished and I could easily prepare my food.

The accommodation was exactly as described and is highly recommended! What far exceeded my expectations was the location: nestled in a gently hilly, partly wooded landscape, partly characterized by heathland, my hiking heart beat faster. There are numerous places worth seeing (castle ruins, a former monastery complex, bathing pond, etc.), which you can explore directly from the accommodation on beautiful hiking trails. By car, you can quickly reach other picturesque and very interesting places that are not only worth a visit: Nördlingen, Burg Harburg, Bopfingen, Wemding, Katzenstein or Neresheim with an abbey church whose ceiling frescoes by Martin Knoller are unparalleled!!! On the trips there, I have come across so many other promising places and regions, so that there is still a lot to discover for future visits :) I am not least grateful to my always friendly hostess Elke for the delicious restaurant tips!

The week in Solnhofen with Bruno was great. The location is ideal for exploring the Altmühl Valley and its surroundings in a variety of ways. We hiked, took bike tours, and took trips by train to larger and smaller cities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to paddle on the Altmühl. From a culinary point of view, we liked the café of the Solnhofen Klosterbrot (so delicious!) and the restaurant "Alte Schule". The Bürgermeister-Müller-Museum is definitely worth a visit. The apartment is great - very well equipped, clean, cozy. We felt very comfortable. And we always felt well informed and supported by our landlord. A clear recommendation - also for us, if we are drawn to the Altmühl Valley again.

I was in the suburbs with my brother to test the Challenge Roth routes. Everything was great and a great apartment with friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Müller's love is a very nice apartment for a small family. The host family is extremely helpful and friendly. We were even invited to the campfire with bread and sausages. There were freshly laid eggs and a bun service and a play area for the children and almost every corner. Swings, cable car, slide, tree house, and sandbox. The beds were comfortable. However, you have to keep in mind that you are really in a rural area and there is no shop within walking distance - so you should just do your shopping before arrival. However, a car is definitely needed. Although, there were also charging options for ebikes. A clear recommendation for holidays in the countryside.
