There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The Hopfenperle guesthouse was newly opened in June 2024. Beforehand, the old hop half-timbered house was renovated with a lot of love. The suite has a size of 55.50 square meters. It has a sauna and a hot tub. There is a double bed as well as another bed in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, the couch can also be added. The guesthouse is centrally located in the city of Spalt, perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.
