In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. We would like to welcome you to our sunny 3-room apartment in the south of Nuremberg. The spacious attic apartment offers two bedrooms with large beds, a kitchen, a small bathroom and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy the sun almost all day long on the large, sunny balcony. The bus stop in front of the door and the S-Bahn within walking distance ensure that you are in the city center in 25 minutes. The nearby forest, on the other hand, offers the opportunity for athletic relaxation.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
