Holiday rentals with beach access in Brownsville

Simeon’s place was perfect! Easy walk to and from the beach. The check in process was extremely easy, was great that the welcome center is open 24/7 as we didn’t arrive in a normal time frame. Place felt big enough for what we needed. Overall was very pleased with the stay and would definitely consider his place again for another stay! Thanks for having us!

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Great place! Super friendly hosts and very clean with a lot of great amenities and walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants. Depending when you go, March in SPI is a lot of spring breakers :)

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Balcony is wonderful- wide & deep with gorgeous view of the ocean. Even better it’s a corner unit so have open on one side for even more view. 4th floor nice because high enough for good view but not so high could use stairs to beach access which is right below this unit. Adult-only hot tub is also right beside this unit so that’s convenient. Large living, dining & kitchen area-very roomy. Comfy bed. Location on beach was nice-only 1/4 mile to a restaurant/bar on the beach in one direction and 3/4 mile to restaurants/bats on beach in the other direction. Beach not super busy in front of this unit but if you wanted more action you don’t have far to walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Peggy made us feel right at home. The house was so close to the beach that we walked there multiple times a day. There was a nice outside shower to wash all the sand off before coming inside which kept the house feeling pristine. There were two large upstairs bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a shared mini-fridge which was ideal for giving our young adult children their own space to relax, watch movies, and talk late into the night, while my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs area of the house. It worked out perfectly for our family vacation!

We had a awesome time and their place was just like the pictures listed. Lots of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had on SPI. The condo was within walking distance of a beach access. The onsite pool was beautiful. The space was perfect for our group. I haven’t slept on a comfortable Airbnb bed in a while and this one was superb. Will definitely book here again.

Our group had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our needs, offering comfortable beds and a great common area for us to hang out. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the grill, the lovely outdoor swimming pool, and the easy access to local attractions. Lastly, the host were extremely flexible and helpful. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway with friends!

We had a lovely stay at this property! It is a great location, very quick walk to the beach access and even along the Bayside for dinner and drinks. Picturesque yard and sparkling tiles in the home.

This spot is a must for people looking to stay in South Padre. Very convenient access to the beach and you can walk to just about anything you might be interested in

Family of 6 beach vacay. We definitely recommend staying here. The condo was clean, roomy, the A/C worked great. As you check in you get arm bands to walk around property. Beds were very comfy. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our meals. It was nice having a washer /dryer to clean towels as we swam multiple times a day, so bring laundry soap/pods for that. The living room couch was big and very comfy! Tv did glitch some but it seemed to reset by itself after a bit. The balcony was large with views of the complex and pool and you can see the ocean as well. From where we were the beach was an easy walk (about a block) on a path in the complex it self. There were 2 pools. So after fun day at the beach it was nice to have fun at the pool. (Heated pool) Complex was kept very clean and tidy.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our group of 8’s beach getaway! It was even better than the photos. The space was very comfortable for 8 people and the view from the 5th floor was amazing. We loved waking up and going to the balcony to hear the ocean in the morning. And the beach was only a 5 minute walk away, didn’t have to get in a car. Perfect location, comfortable beds, clean space, multiple hot tubs and pools, perfect view - all the amenities you need. Lori was super helpful and always responded in under 10 minutes. She made our stay extremely comfortable, convenient, and seamless. We are definitely coming back to Lori’s spot again. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us and for all your help!!

The place is perfect for 6 and such a wonderful home

I’ve stayed at many hotels and condos at SPI but this host and place is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. A great host such as Kamal makes a world of difference when choosing a place. We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and refreshing escape. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
