Spacious and light apartment with balcony in the village center, near the funicular and all services (bank, pharmacy, shops, restaurants). Free private car parking at about 350mt from the house. One step away from the city and the lake. A good starting point for mountain walks or excursions in mbk. Less than 1 hour drive from Milan. Nearby airports: Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio. Tourist tax: 2 € per person per night payable at the property. Cot, high chair: € 17 per booking.

You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.

Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk.
